Colorbond over old thatching, a simple effective roofing solution!
Panania, NSW. We covered the old thatching with colorbond to give this hut a new lease on life. Usually old thatching looks grey on top but keeps its golden colour underneath. You can keep the insulating properties of the thatch while covering the top with colorbond! Looks great!
Western Red Cedar Shingle Hut in Engadine, NSW.
This one really shows off a very skilfully made deck, as it had to wrap around several sandstone rocks and was raised 150cm off the sloping ground.

After many months of searching for somebody to build a gazebo for our pool area we met with Marcus who was one of the most polite person I have met in a long time, the gazebo is amazing it is perfect and very well built he did an amazing job, within our budget and within a very short deadline as well. I could not recommend Marcus highly enough .
Our tired old Bali hut has now got a new lease on life! Marc did a fantastic job on our thatching, and was a pleasure to deal with. Our yard has been transformed and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Marc and Susan.
